Skills, knowledge, experience required:
Higher secondary education with vocational training leading to technical certification and 3 years of relevant experience or secondary education with advanced training and 5 years of relevant experience; Hands-on experience with HP Aruba and Cisco-based network environments; Familiarity with Layer 2/3 networking, wireless technologies, and structured cabling.
Duties/role:
Performing routine and advanced maintenance on HP Aruba and Cisco network equipment; Applying standard configurations to switches, routers, and wireless access points; Monitoring network performance and escalate anomalies using approved tools.
