This is a full-time fully remote contractor role
We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C marketing
Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing large ad budgets ($100K+)
Hands-on experience with eCommerce accounts (bonus if in health or supplements)
Demonstrated long-term success driving consistent results across ROAS and CPA metrics
Strong understanding of targeting nuances for Australia, the United States, and EU markets
Creative thinker with the ability to write clear, compelling creative briefs
Experience building effective funnels and upsell sequences for physical eCommerce products
Familiarity with additional channels such as Twitter or Pinterest is a plus
Bonus: Experience with direct response marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
Manage and scale eCommerce advertising campaigns with a focus on ROAS and CPA performance
Write clear, strategic creative briefs
Build and test full-funnel strategies including upsells, retargeting, and conversion-focused journeys
Adapt targeting and creative approaches for key regions, including Australia, the U.S., and EU markets
Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and continuously improve performance
Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies
