As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of key marketing initiatives with a focus on conversion, quality, and strategic value. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Europe, contribute your own ideas, and manage projects from concept to execution.
You are hands-on, self-driven, and understand the requirements of a highly regulated, complex financial product – including the necessary compliance processes.
This position is a fixed-term contract for two years.
Key responsibilities:Independent planning and execution of complex multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email flows, reactivation, awareness campaigns)
Strategic project support and sparring for initiatives
Content creation and adaptation for eCRM, websites, social media, and campaigns (in German)
Technical implementation in relevant tools (e.g. Braze, Contentful, Canva)
Alignment with the central marketing team in London and close collaboration with eCRM resources
Ensuring all approval and compliance processes are met
Creation of performance reports and identification of optimization opportunities
Contribution to EU-wide marketing initiatives with a German market focus
Key experience:At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, tech)
Very strong German language skills (minimum C1+) and excellent English proficiency
University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in the planning and implementation of complex marketing campaigns
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate messages clearly and concisely
Confident use of common marketing tools (Braze, CMS, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience working with cross-functional, international teams
High level of ownership, organisational talent, and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to dive into complex regulatory topics and requirements
