We are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our team.
Tasks
Digital Advertising & Campaign Execution
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns in line with current best practices
Support marketing activities related to live and online events (pre-event, on-site, and post-event communication)
Content Creation & Creative Production
Create, edit, and repurpose content for website, social media, and sales material
Collaborate on the development of creative assets
Website & CMS Management
Maintain and update website content via CMS
Ensure consistent brand presentation and strong usability
SEO & Web Optimization
Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements
Conduct keyword research, performance tracking, and reporting
Event Marketing (Live & Online)
Support event-related marketing activities before, during, and after events
Coordinate with external partners and cross-teams
Create or update event materials such as presentations, booth graphics, and event recaps
B2B Marketing
Drive marketing activities tailored to B2B target audiences
Translate complex software and technology products into clear, compelling messaging
AI-Driven Marketing
Use AI tools for content creation, visuals, and automation to improve workflow efficiency
Stay up to date with emerging AI marketing tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing, prefereably in B2B, or equivalent senior-level experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads setup and optimization
Experience working with CMS platforms
Excellent writing and content creation skills
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
Hands-on mentality with a structured and efficient working style
Team player with long-term ambition
Fluent in English and German (at least B2)
