We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development, Central Europe to join our world-class, hyper-growth organization, and help us continue to expand our business in the region.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Development EMEA, you will be a critical member of the Sales Development EMEA leadership team, leading and driving the pipeline generation strategy for the Central region (DACH and Central Eastern Europe) by working closely with Sales and Marketing, and positioning our sales development function as a key new account activation and revenue acceleration engine for our enterprise segment in Central. You will lead, transform and coach a high-performing Sales Development team comprising of 1 Front Line Manager (FLM) and individual BDRs.
This role is a hybrid role based in our Munich office (3 days in the office).
