As Senior Manager PSC you will play a central role in implementing our growth strategy of our international Project Business. Your focus will be specifically on turning customer challenges into innovative solutions by convincing the decision-makers in the early phases of the projects.
Consulting Architects, Developers, Owners, Investors and HVAC Consultants as well as presenting the proof-points of holistic concepts is key for our success.
Technical expert knowledge of Drinking water hygiene and Heat Interface Units as well as sales attitude are essential for your and our success in this position.
What will you be doing?Support the development and growth of the Project Business
Provide consultancy & develop concepts to win customer projects together with the PKAMs
Increase the project pipeline by consulting architects, consultants, developers & owners
Collaborate with the Category managers to determine & offer PB relevant solutions
Support specification at key accounts & partnership consolidation
Collaborate with Marketing to create sales tools to convince key accounts
Develop solution presentations / Create proof points based on customer needs
Assist the partnering with selected KA (intensify the collaboration with partners)
Support for events, trainings, CPDs (Continuing Professional Development)
Execute CPDs / trainings and prepare specific material for events with potential clients
Contribute to hybrid meetings with Key Accounts for supporting the PKAMs
Continuous knowledge development and share with internal network
What will you need?Master Degree in technology of buildings and 15+ years of experience in the building industry
Comprehensive knowledge of the whole spectrum of technical building equipment
Outstanding expertise in Plumbing, Hygiene, Heat Interface Units & GF portfolio skills
Experience in Radiant systems & renewable sources for reducing energy consumption
Familiar with local & international regulations for energy efficiency & building standards
Understanding of other HVAC systems, including eco-friendly practices
Analyzing customer needs & market trends to spot sales opportunities & innovations
Committed to the success of our customers, focusing on intensifying partnerships letting them benefit from our expertise
Utilize advanced tools (Simulation) and common software CAD, CRM, …
Team player, ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
