As Senior Manager (m/w/d) Sales Operations you are in charge of continuously improving the sales process, which enables wealthpilot to fullfill the growth goals. In this role you directly report to the VP Sales and collaborate with all cross-functional teams. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t hesitate to execute the improvements, which you beforehand derived from data analytics out of different Sales & Marketing tools. Your role will directly drive our goal of becoming the leading wealth management platform in Germany!

  • Drive the continuous improvement of the sales process by data analytics and report to the Vice President Sales directly
  • Analyze data, implement tools, derive insights and actions to further establish our sales strategy
  • Be the interface between Sales and Marketing by owning the lead generation process
  • Own, measure and adjust sales data and processes to increase revenue
  • Align and communicate with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations team to turn data analytics into revenue
  • Drive the forecasting and performance reporting on company, team and individual level
  • Challenge and manage the use of technical tools and platforms, esp. Hubspot
  • Improve all CRM related data processes and workflows
Was Du mitbringst

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, mathematics or something comparable
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Sales Operations in a B2B company
  • Knowledge of B2B software sales processes and CRM tools, experiences with Hubspot are preferred
  • Expertise in turning the power of data into actions to improve processes
  • Good in prioritization and project-management and fully committed in working efficiently
  • Enjoy to work cross-functional with different departments, e.g. Marketing, Operations
  • Language skills: fluent German & English
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
