Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem

Senior Director Support & Managed Services

sowie dem S&MS Management Team Disziplinarische Führung und Coaching eines Teams bestehend aus Field Support Engineering Managern, Teamleads, Spezialisten und größeren dezentralen Mitarbeitergruppen Sicherstellung der bundesweiten Leistungsfähigkeit des NTT DATA Field Supports und unserer Partnerunternehmen (24x7) Erstellung und Analyse von Reports zur Implementierung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios der Field Support Organisation sowie Effizienzsteigerung der Kennzahlen (Wachstum & Rentabilität) Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Partnern Unterstützung bei globalen und bundesweiten Ausschreibungen, Angeboten und Serviceanfragen Aktiver Austausch mit internen und externen Schnittstellen Schaffung administrativer und technischer Rahmenbedingungen für das Field Support Engineering

Ihr Profil

Langjährige Managementerfahrung mit nachgewiesener Führungskompetenz Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Erfahrung in der Führung von Managern, Teamleads, Spezialisten sowie bundesweiten und dezentralen Teams Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der ITK-Branche, vorzugsweise im Field Support Engineering Fundierte Kenntnisse in Field Support-Dienstleistungen und IT-Service-Management Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit internationalen Teams, Kunden und globalen Projekten Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft Sicherheitsüberprüfung (KRISIS-Kunden) sowie erweiterte Sicherheitsüberprüfungen Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der ITIL-Praktiken Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how

Akademische Qualifikationen & Zertifizierungen

Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertig in Informationstechnologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich ITIL-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
