We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations, and collaborate closely with Sales, design and a team of experienced Learning Consultants.
Tasks
Customer partnership & success
Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales
Run customer onboarding, Impact Reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.
Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.
Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
Maanage risks and spot upsell potentials
Operations & project management
Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.
Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.
Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
Learning consulting & program design
Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.
Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.
