About the role
You will be the key position between the HR management and the workers council. Negotiating company agreements will be one of your main tasks you are going to face. With your succesfully completed law studies you are best prepared for this position.
What you will doAdvising the management, personnel management, local and international HR managers and executives on all collective and individual legal issues Responsible for the labor law implementation of global projects and processes in the local structures, taking into account the co-determination rights of the works council Contact for the local works councils Independent negotiation of company agreements Conception and consulting for the local implementation of global organizational changes as well as M&A transactions Employment training of managers in in-house seminars Coordination of cooperation with external law firms

What you will needLawyer, specialized in labor law Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment Very good practical experience in individual and collective labor law Professional experience in an international group in the field of strategic and operational personnel work Effective approach to the organization and implementation of projects requiring interaction with different constituencies Very good interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop new topics as well as solution-oriented approach to problems Excellent communication and presentation/moderator skills Fluent language skills in German and English, spoken and written

Ihr ProfilJurist/in, mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld Sehr gute praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im individuellen sowie kollektivem Arbeitsrecht Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Konzern im Bereich der strategischen und operativen Personalarbeit wünschenswert Effektive Herangehensweise bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Projekten, die den Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Teilnehmerkreisen erfordern Sehr gute Soziale Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit sich schnell neue Themen zu erarbeiten sowie lösungsorientiert an Problemstellungen heranzugehen Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
