As a (Senior) IT Solution Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure, leading projects, and fostering strategic partnerships to support our mission of saving and improving lives around the world. The position is full-time at our location in Unterschleißheim and limited to 2 years.

Responsibilities

Ensure that IT systems run stably and meet all regulatory requirements. Responsible for IT initiatives from the concept phase to successful implementation and ensure continuous optimization of IT services. Analyze business processes and develop tailored IT solutions that are efficiently implemented. Build strong relationships with global and local platforms and promote collaboration for sustainable IT development. Contribute ideas, propose innovative solutions, and help drive the digital transformation of the production site.

Qualifications

Experience in IT infrastructure and system management with a strong hands-on mentality. At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT or service environment, ideally in the life sciences industry or a production environment. Solid knowledge in project management and service management (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage). Fluent German and English skills. Responsibility, independent working style, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
