Als Teil der IT-Group Functions sind wir für IT-Produkte für die Service Line Mobility verantwortlich. Service Line Mobility ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung, Steuerung und Instandhaltung der Fahrzeugflotte für DHL Group. Wir treiben die digitale Agenda der Mobility voran.

Ihr Profil:

Bildung


Universitätsabschluss in Statistik, Mathematik, Physik, Informatik oder einem verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen/technischen Studiengang oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Nachweisliche Erfahrung von


Gestaltung und Optimierung von Datenanalytik- und BI-Lösungen. Datenmanagement-Konzepten (Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh). Komponenten moderner Data Warehouse-Architekturen (Azzure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL) SQL, Python-Datenumwandlung und Datenprofilierung Datenmodellierung und prädiktiver Analytik Datenvisualisierung/Reporting (bspw. Power BI, Tableau
Fähigkeiten


Interesse sich im Fuhrparkmanagement einzuarbeiten und Daten in Zusammenhang mit Fachfragen zu bringen Fähigkeit technische Lösungen in einen Projektplan zu bringen und diesen mit relevanten Stakeholdern (IT und Fachbereiche) abzustimmen Entwicklung kreativer und analytischer Lösungen basierend auf fundierten Analysen Interesse, neue Themen zu erlernen und Trends in der Datenwissenschaft zu verfolgen Sicheres Erklären komplexer Inhalte an verschiedene Zielgruppen Ehrgeiz, Themen voranzutreiben und positive „Can-Do“-Mentalität Begeisterungsfähiger Teamkollege mit Affinität zu agilen Methoden

Datenarchitektur


Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung der Datenarchitektur für das Flottenmanagement Performance-Optimierung der Datenarchitektur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -integrität
Datenanalyse


Kenntnis der Daten und deren Bedeutung und Ableitung von KPIs auf Basis von fachlichen Fragestellungen Erstellung von Reports auf Basis der Datenarchitektur Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Reports
Projektmanagement


Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektplänen, Qualität und Budgets Erfahrung in der Dokumentation und Abstimmung mit IT und Fachbereichen Sicherstellung der Sicherheits- und Rechtskonformität für alle Datennutzen und -bereitstellung Schulung und Support der Endbenutzer

Skills/qualifications:

Education

Proven Experience in
