Your Tasks - What you can expect as Senior IT Controller (f/m/d):
Financial Process Management:
You support key financial processes within the IT organization and act as an interface to global and regional Finance teams.Budgeting & Forecasting:
You ensure a close collaboration with IT management to forecast and manage budgets across organizational units and projects.Reporting & Documentation:
As part of your role, you are responsible for the monthly reporting of cost centers, investments, and projects, including the preparation of audit-relevant documentation.Cost Allocation & Controlling:
You ensure correct accounting and internal charging of IT costs and project expenses, including internal effort allocation.KPI Development & Cost Optimization:
To support IT management and drive proactive cost control initiatives, you contribute to the development and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).Contract Management:
You work closely with the Purchasing Team on new IT contracts and actively manage the IT contract library.Your Profile - What you bring as Senior IT Controller (f/m/d):
Degree:
You hold a degree with a specialization in accounting, controlling, or finance.Professional Experience:
You bring several years of experience in international IT controlling or finance, ideally in a corporate environment.Technical Skills:
You have a solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and a familiarity with corporate finance standards and processes (e.g., CER process).Working Style:
Demonstrated through your strategic mindset, independent working style, strong organizational skills, and high level of ownership is your ability to drive impactful results. *Language Skills & Collaboration:
You are fluent in English and have good German skills. You are able to work in an international environment.
