Your responsibilities:

Lead the design and customization of SAP CRM / S/4 CM modules by translating business requirements into technical solutions, in close collaboration with functional consultants. Develop and configure technical components including workflows, interfaces, and enhancements. Ensure understanding and adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and standards throughout solution design and delivery Provide expert consultation to support the implementation of compliant and effective IT solutions Conduct both technical and non-technical evaluations to improve the quality and efficiency of IT systems with a focus on SAP CRM / S/4 CM Prepare customer-focused reports that communicate findings, risks, and improvement opportunities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP CRM / S/4 CM landscapes Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM/ S/4 CM with other SAP modules and third-party systems Support system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements Advise on best practices and guide architecture decisions in CRM-related project

You offer us:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field otherwise equivalent practical experience 3+ years experience in SAP CRM technical consulting and development Strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, configuration, and ABAP programming Solid understanding of CRM business processes and customer lifecycle management, ideally in a direct selling environment Experience in Project Management Ideally experience with SAP PI/PO, Web Services, and integration technologies Ideally experience working in Agile project environments (Scrum, SAFe). Fluent business-level German and English, both written and spoken Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skill
