We’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst who is passionate about turning business requirements into effective, user-centric IT solutions. As part of our global IT and digital team, you’ll help shape the future of customer experience by implementing agile and scalable digital products — integrating mobile, cloud, and SAP S/4HANA-based backend systems.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


As a Business Analyst, you will operate at the critical junction between business needs and technical execution. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product innovation and enhancement by transforming business requirements into valuable, user-centric, and scalable IT solutions. You will develop deep expertise in specific business processes and their related systems, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to solution design. This includes defining product features and user stories with a holistic view of the entire user journey. You’ll play an active role in managing and grooming the product backlog, as well as in planning and executing test scenarios through the creation of test matrices and thorough testing procedures. Resolving issues and bugs quickly and effectively will also be a key part of your work.




In addition, your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence. You will monitor solution usage and proactively initiate improvement actions where needed. You’ll handle ongoing support activities through ServiceNow, including managing tickets and resolving incidents. Part of your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for product optimization and making sure these improvements are realized, as well as managing release cycles and performing technical maintenance.


Collaboration is a vital aspect of this role. You will actively contribute to the global IT Business Analysis community by sharing knowledge, enhancing best practices, and supporting the onboarding and upskilling of new team members.

Last year alone, we launched around 60 new products on the market. This also includes new services and software.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:


Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an SAP Consultant with strong expertise in modules such as SD, SM, or CS Solid knowledge of software development tools (e.g., Atlassian stack: JIRA, Confluence) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide Proven multitasking ability, strong learning agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English with an agile mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and openness to new technologies Agile thinking, analytical problem-solving, and openness to change and emerging technologies. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
