As a visionary pioneer for digital excellence, you are the driving force behind innovative IT solutions as our next Senior IT Architecture Consultant (f/m/x) while accompaning our customers in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment on their way through complex business problems, accelerated changes and future-proof technologies. Sounds like you? Then we are looking for you to join our team full-time (40 hours per week) – across iX locations or alternatively fully remote from anywhere in Germany.


Our team, the „Blue Experts,“ consists of permanent and freelance employees with expertise in consulting, strategy and creative communication solutions. We work across industries to meet the demands of constant change and enable the implementation of new AI solutions, for example. With our services, we provide comprehensive support for our clients. Our goal is to act as a strategic partner, developing customized concepts and end-to-end solutions that specifically improve transformation and communication.


Your tasks


You advise our customers on how to deal with complex business problems and accelerated change You use your expertise in infrastructure, software, applications to support business processes, applicable technologies and cloud solutions, and design and implement IT architectures based on customer requirements As part of multidisciplinary teams, you coordinate the transformation, creation and maintenance of target architectures and document the analysis steps in Sparx You make well-founded decisions to optimize processes, data flows and dependencies to enable technological solutions. You will also carry out the mapping of frameworks You create sustainable benefits by designing enterprise architectures and using advanced technologies (cloud, AI) You ensure the fulfillment of quality requirements You are responsible for customer acquisition activities and presentations You don’t hide your knowledge. Rather, you support younger colleagues as a mentor and use your expert knowledge to advise on the further development of the team
Your skills


You have several years of experience as an architecture consultant or similar professional experience in a technical environment You are fluent in German (C1/C2 language level) and business fluent in English (C1 language level) You have certifications and experience in the use of proven methods, e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, EAM, ARIS or Design Thinking You have in-depth knowledge of various technology areas, including cloud computing, data management, application development and integration You have industry and sector experience of the specific platforms and solutions used there You enjoy travelling on business to attend on-site appointments with clients and have the necessary willingness to travel
