Job responsibilities:

• Administer and manage cloud services (Google workspace, Atlassian cloud, Slack, Office365\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Provide technical support to our employees (software and hardware management)
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Communicate potential problems timely and efficiently to be proactive rather than reactive
• Plan, design and implement large scale projects
• Plan and coordinate with different stakeholders to provide technical solutions to their requirements
• Define and document best practices and support procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science (or related area)
• At least 5 years of experience running internal IT services
• Experience in managing SaaS services and digital workspaces (Google workspace, Atlassian cloud, Slack, Office365\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Experience in designing, planning and execution of complex IT projects
• Experience with services migration is a big plus
• Good knowledge of networking concepts and technologies
• Must be organised and have the ability to manage projects of varying length
• Good problem-solving and strong communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
• Proven experience with automation (scripting languages/Infrastructure as Code) is a big plus
• Excellent English skills both spoken and written and a solid command of German
