As part of our HR Excellence team within the Center of Competence Strategy, Excellence & Culture, you will play a critical strategic role in shaping HR governance, driving large-scale process and transformation initiatives, and enabling enterprise-wide excellence.

This role is ideal for senior strategic generalists with deep experience in complex environments who can influence at senior levels, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and set standards for HR excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead the design and governance of enterprise?wide HR frameworks, operating models, and global process standards Guide strategic decision?making through advanced analytics and structured methodologies Manage major global HR projects and programs Define reporting landscapes and oversee KPI governance and data?driven operating mechanisms Drive global end?to?end process excellence, harmonization, and operational consistency Influence senior stakeholders and steer change and communication strategies to enable adoption

What You Bring

Completed study degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent Extensive experience in HR strategy, consulting, transformation, or large-scale program or project leadership Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities Expertise in HR governance, operating models, and enterprise process design Excellent influencing skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders High degree of autonomy, resilience, and strategic judgment Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
