Works Council engagement
, and everything from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll oversee key employee lifecycle events, guide compliance strategies, and be a steady bridge between local execution and global standards. Your knowledge of
Workday
, your ability to interpret regulation, and your care for people will shape a healthy and scalable HR ecosystem.
This hybrid role (3 days/week in our
Nuremberg office
) isn’t just about knowing the law—it’s about building confidence, efficiency, and trust across the organization. You’ll support HRBPs, collaborate with leadership, and lead a small team while driving continuous improvement in processes and culture.

What'll you do?
Manage HR services across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll, terminations, benefits, etc.
Oversee HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, employment changes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and up to date
Collaborate with HRBPs on sensitive processes like involuntary terminations and pay reviews
Engage directly with Works Councils to maintain compliance and positive labor relations
Administer employee data via Workday and conduct audits to maintain data accuracy
Lead a small team (1–2 direct reports), setting goals and guiding development
Work with global HR teams to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
What do they require?
5+ years of proven experience in HR operations in Germany
Deep knowledge of German labor law and employment compliance
Experience working with German Works Councils and collective bargaining environments
Fluency in German (native/C2) and English (spoken and written)
Risk management awareness and ability to apply legal and regulatory frameworks
