We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR operations at a strategic level while supporting our vibrant, fast-growing organization. Please note that this is a 12-month maternity cover position commencing in April 2026, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

What you will do

Serve as the primary HR contact, providing expert support to both staff and management. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including absence management. Maintain HRIS databases and ensure accuracy in employee records. Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with compensation, deductions, and benefits. Contribute to global HR projects and strategy, ensuring alignment with our company goals.

What you should bring

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS management. Strong experience in handling complex employee relations issues and implementing HR policies. Proven ability to contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational needs. Analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics for decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
