Your Responsibilities

Ecovacs Europe

Senior GTM

positionwill be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for our home robotics products across European markets. This role requires at least 5 years of proven work experience in Europe, with strong GTM expertise and a solid background in product marketing or product lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product presentation skills, a deep understanding of the European market landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both global and regional teams to drive successful product launches and sustainable business growth.Develop and implement GTM strategies for European markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Lead end-to-end product launches, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking. Collaborate with headquarters and European teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless launch execution. Define localized product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools. Analyse market dynamics and competitive insights to support executive decisions and continuous optimization.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas work experience preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in Europe in GTM, R&D, or product marketing; experience in consumer electronics or home robotics is highly desirable. Solution-driven and results-oriented mindset, with proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong market insights, excellent product presentation, project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to interpret market data and consumer insights into actionable strategies; proficiency in Excel for data processing. Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a strong plus. International outlook with willingness to live and work in Europe, and flexibility to travel as required. Valid German or European driver’s license preferred. #
