We are hiring a

Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Bad Schwartau, hybrid

Full-time | Permanent

Reports to: VP Marketing Excellence

This is what you can expect:

Lead the global digital marketing strategy in line with Hero’s business and e-commerce goals Drive digital innovation by identifying trends and turning them into action Build a global community of digital experts across markets Define and roll out key digital tools and platforms Support the execution of digital campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking Align global and local marketing efforts and ensure consistent execution Manage global agency partners and guide local agency setup Own the global digital budget and track delivery against objectives

This is what you need to be successful in this role:

Profound experience in digital marketing, ideally in a global role Strong understanding of digital platforms, campaign execution, and media Experience with digital tools (e.g. CMS, CRM, DAM), analytics and reporting Skilled in stakeholder management and working in complex matrix organizations Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset Confident in managing agencies, budgets, and global processes
