We are looking for a

Fullstack Engineer

to join our

Inventory team

in Berlin. This role focuses on building and optimising

robust, scalable web applications

that drive user engagement and product growth. You'll work across the stack, with a strong focus on

Angular (frontend)

and

Node.js / NestJS (backend)

, shaping our platform and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers.

Your Tasks

--------------

End-to-End Development

: Build, maintain, and optimise both frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL) components of our platform.

Architecture & Feature Development

: Take ownership of feature design and implementation, ensuring scalability and performance across the fullstack.

Mentor and Develop Team Members

: Guide less experienced engineers, sharing expertise in fullstack development and promoting best practices.

Define Standards

: Work with cross-functional teams to define coding standards, ensure code quality, and establish efficient CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate Across Teams

: Partner with design, product, and backend specialists to create seamless user experiences and smooth data flows.

Challenge & Innovate

: Actively contribute ideas, challenge concepts, and influence fullstack development strategies, including frontend performance optimization.

Your Profile

5+ Years of Software Engineering Experience

: Extensive experience in

fullstack development

, building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Frontend Expertise

: Strong knowledge of

Angular

(TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx or similar state management).

Backend Expertise

: Proficiency with

TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL

.

Mentorship Skills

: Experience coaching and mentoring other engineers, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices.

SCM and CI/CD Knowledge

: Skilled in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Agile Experience

: Familiar with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Communication Skills

: Excellent English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Autonomous and Growth-Oriented

: Ability to work independently and ambition to grow into senior, architectural, or leadership roles.
