What You’ll Do

------------------

Own the Frontend Vision & Execution:

Drive the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js/Next.js, with a direct focus on

rewriting, refactoring, and optimizing existing code

for future-proof architecture and seamless user experiences on Freecash.

Innovate & Build Greenfields:

Actively participate in shaping and building new features, and potentially entirely new products, from conception to launch, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with new business ventures.

Collaborate & Elevate:

Work intensely with Backend Developers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists, not just to execute tasks, but to

proactively identify opportunities

for cross-functional improvements and drive impactful solutions.

Champion Performance & Quality:

Be relentlessly focused on optimizing frontend applications for speed, responsiveness, and reliability, ensuring

every millisecond and byte contributes to a flawless user journey.

Drive Team Growth & Best Practices:

Contribute to structuring, mentoring, and onboarding new engineers, fostering a culture of high standards, continuous learning, and robust development workflows.

Mastery of Frontend Architecture:
