to strengthen our finance team and help shape the future of our financial processes and ERP systems.Your Mission
As our Senior Controller, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence. You will:
Lead and continuously improve
monthly reporting
,forecasting
, andbudgeting
processes. Analyze financial data to uncover insights and supportdata-driven decision-making
. Develop and maintainperformance dashboards
andKPIs
that matter. Spearhead theimplementation and optimization of our ERP system
(ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision). Partner with cross-functional teams—Purchasing, Sales, IT
—to align financial goals with business strategy. Contribute toinvestment planning
,cost optimization
, and other strategic initiatives.What You Bring
A degree in
Business Administration
,Finance
, or a related field. Proven experience incontrolling
, ideally within amid-sized industrial or manufacturing environment
. Strong command ofExcel
and experience withSAP
or similar ERP systems. Hands-on experience withERP implementation
—bonus points forNavision
expertise. Excellent communication skills inEnglish
