Act as a trusted business partner for capital-intensive projects and ground support functions, providing financial insight and strategic guidance
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in close collaboration with business partners and the FP&A team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly internal reporting, highlighting variances and key performance indicators
Lead project controlling activities, monitoring financial performance, risks, and opportunities
Support accurate and compliant inventory valuation in coordination with operations and finance teams
Contribute to the implementation of SAP CO/PP, ensuring a smooth integration with finance processes and data consistency
Qualification Checklist
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A/Controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects independently
Strong academic track record and analytical foundation
Solid expertise in SAP FICO and practical experience with SAP PP, including implementation or transformation
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
Valid driver's license
Commitment to being present at our headquarters at least four days per week

Structured and organized working style with clear prioritization skills
