Your Role

In this role, you are substantially in charge of flaconi's financial reporting processes. Hence, you review, summarize and comment on flaconi’s monthly financial performance and present it to the Management/Investors Board. Creation and optimization of internal and external financial reports, including the Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for stakeholders such as the CFO and the parent company. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the management and enhancement of financial tools used for month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and budget planning. Partaking in optimizing existing processes and ensure the targeted use of existing financial reporting and planning tools, as well as other controlling/FP&A tools. Additionally, you continuously improve our reporting & planning processes by designing blueprints and driving their implementation. Handling ad-hoc requests to ensure the quick availability of necessary reporting.

Your Profile

5+ years of relevant work experience in controlling/FP&A, ideally in a highly dynamic environment. Good knowledge of financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. Jedox, Hyperion, TM1, Tagetik etc.). Analytical mindset and an ability to communicate complex issues clearly and intelligibly. Independent, motivated, and supportive team player - you will work very closely with your team members in Financial Controlling. Preferably experience in data warehouse/SQL/BI, ERP systems. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plus.
