Support E.ON Group Innovation GmbH by being a pivotal member of the support function team, bringing a financially driven focused appraoch to the innovation projects

Working as part of a team, design, develop and implement financial processes and governance to support a monthly budgeting and MTP focused approach to innovation

Work jointly with our project managers and/or product owners to develop solid and robust business plans for E.ON Group Innovation product offerings (inc. scenario planning and modelling) and lead the monthly budgeting and reporting processes

Managing and steering the financial performance analysis of E.ON Group Innovation to enable an effective performance dialogue with responsible domain leads

Taking an active role in organization, governance and continuous improvement of E.ON Group Innovation proceeses and methods for financial planning, forecasting, target setting and capital allocation

Manage data quality and integrity in our planning and reports

Analyse and challenge of financial business plans and investment proosals

A convincing background

University degree in economics or equivalent discipline

Ideally, you have at least 4 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, reporting or cost accounting in a dynamic VC or innovation environment

Deep knowledge of KPI\'s for financial steering (especially P&L, balance-sheet, cash-flow) controlling processes and methods; Accounting or valuation expertise is a plus

Analytical, structured, independent and result-oriented way of working. Also excellent analytical skills while keeping the big picture in mind

Challenging, pragmatic and open mindset with courage to question existing. Also strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial topics in a simplified manner

Knowledge and practical use of MS-Office application is mandatory, experiences with SAP (CO, FI), Tagetik, as well as experience in using planning tools & visualization solutions (Power BI) is desired

Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, German is an advantage.
