Job Description

Implementation of complex energy contracts (natural gas, electricity, PPAs, etc.) in MET Germany’s billing system (cpX Energy) Input and quality assurance of billing master data (volumes, prices, master data) Generation of all electricity and natural gas invoices from the billing system Responsibility for forwarding billing data to downstream processes such as accounting, payments, and payment verification Supporting Key Account Managers in customer service Professional involvement in projects aimed at optimizing and further developing billing processes and systems Participation in product development with regard to the processing of new products in billing and reporting

Qualifications

University degree in economics, energy management, or equivalent experience/education 3–6 years of professional experience in energy billing or a comparable position Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Experience with the cpX Energy billing system is an advantage but not mandatory Basic knowledge of accounting and energy tax law is an advantage Very good German skills and at least good English skills
