The B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our (tourism) distribution partners all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms - together with our colleagues, we ensure that customers always find their perfect SIXT rental car for their next trip. No matter which platform they start their search on and where they want to travel. You will help our team grow by managing international partnerships, identifying joint business opportunities and implementing and carrying out partner-related projects. Sounds interesting? YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You will support our strong revenue growth in global partnerships by setting up and executing commercial projects and initiatives You create business cases and leadership presentations and present your findings to the leadership team You track the progress of contract negotiations, improve the process management of contracting at SIXT and become an expert in B2P sample contracts and their execution You support and lead commercial topics with senior management and generally support cross-functional and cross-cultural workstreams on behalf of our leadership team You are always on top of the latest market and competitor landscape developments, engage in trend analysis and derive implications and solutions for our unit You will take ownership for certain KPIs and build the respective reporting dashboards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience

You have spent several years of work experience in consulting, corporate development, project management or commercial analytics, preferably at a Consultancy or in a multinational company

Education

You hold a degree in business, economics, commercial law, tourism or other related disciplines

Skills

You bring analytical, project management, presentation and negotiation skills to the table

Language

You are fluent in English and German, any other languages are a plus

Spirit

You are highly motivated, communicative, thrive in a dynamic team setting and value respectful and open collaboration
