In dieser Rolle bereicherst du unser Experience Studio, ein globales multidisziplinäres Team, das strategische Ziele in innovative Events umwandelt. Du wirst Teil des 14-köpfigen Teams in Deutschland und arbeitest mit Account Managern, Projektmanagern, kreativen Teams und Freelancern zusammen. Diese Rolle bietet eine strategische Position mit echtem Einfluss, das Management internationaler Kunden und jährliche globale Mitarbeiterevents.

Ihre Aufgaben :

Du fungierst als primärer Ansprechpartner zwischen Kunden und Projektteam mit tiefem Verständnis für die Ziele und Herausforderungen des Kunden Du berätst Kunden proaktiv und erstellst Vorschläge, um strategische Anforderungen in konkrete, innovative Event-Empfehlungen umzuwandeln Du definierst Projektumfang, Ziele und Lieferergebnisse Du stellst ein Projektteam zusammen und koordinierst es (Inhalt, Kreativität, Produktion, Logistik, Travel) Du verwaltest und überwachst Zeitpläne und Budgets präzise Du antizipierst Herausforderungen und gehst proaktiv darauf ein Du führst die End-to-End-Projektabwicklung durch, förderst neue Ideen und gewährleistest effektive Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und gegenüber dem Kunden

Was wir suchen :

3+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Senior-Position bei einer Event-, Marketing- oder Kommunikationsagentur oder auf Unternehmensseite 10+ Jahre Agenturerfahrung von Vorteil Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau, sicheres Business-Englisch Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Leitung komplexer, mehrphasiger Eventprojekte Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, Leidenschaft für Details und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte zu verwalten und innerhalb dieser zu priorisieren Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und gute Entscheidungsfähigkeiten Starkes Netzwerk von Partnern und Freelancern Empathie und Fähigkeit, sich in die Lage von Kunden zu versetzen Leidenschaft für die Überwachung von Branchentrends und neuen Technologielösungen

In this role, you'll join our Experience Studio, a global multidisciplinary team that transforms strategic objectives into innovative events. You'll become part of the 14-person team in Germany, collaborating with account managers, project managers, creative teams, and freelancers. This role offers a strategic position with real influence, leading international clients, and annual global employee events.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team, with a deep understanding of the client's goals and challenges

Proactively advise clients and create proposals to transform strategic requirements into concrete, innovative event recommendations

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Assemble and coordinate a project team (content, creative, production, logistics, travel)

Manage and monitor timelines and budgets precisely

Anticipate and proactively address challenges

Lead end-to-end project delivery, fostering new ideas and ensuring effective communication within the team and to the client

What We´re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a similar senior position at an event, marketing, or communications agency or on the corporate side

10+ years of experience in agency preferred

Native-level German, confident business English

Proven track record of leading complex, multi-phase event projects

Strong project management skills, passion for detail, and excellent communication abilities

Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Assertiveness and good decision-making skills

Strong network of partners and freelancers

Empathy and ability to put yourself in clients' shoes

Passion for monitoring industry trends and new technology solutions
