We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ethics Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity across the Group. This position is central to our commitment to ethical business conduct and responsible corporate behavior.


The Senior Ethics Advisor will lead the coordination of ethics investigations, support the deployment of our ethics framework, and drive awareness and engagement initiatives that embed ethical values into our daily operations.

you will report to the

Corporate Social Responsibility Senior Director

in the

CSR department

based in Obernai, Blieskastel, Paris or Frankfurt for a

permanent

contract.

What you will do?



Define, promote, and uphold ethical principles across the organization and senior leadership Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the company’s ethics framework, overseeing all aspects from ethics investigations to awareness and education initiativ Act as a trusted advisor to corporate functions and senior leaders on ethics-related matters Lead and coordinate ethics investigations across the Group, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Group’s Code of Ethics and related policies Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, HR, Compliance, Finance) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of ethics initiatives

What about you?



Proven experience (7+ years) in ethics, compliance, legal, or internal audit roles, preferably in a multinational environment Strong knowledge of ethics and compliance frameworks, investigation procedures, and regulatory expectations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive matters Fluency in English and in German or French Degree in Law, Business Ethics, Compliance, or a related field
