Your tasks

Design and implementation of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions covering sales, procurement, logistics, and advanced returns management. Evolution of online-channel S/4HANA Retail architecture toward full omnichannel enablement, including brick-and-mortar store process integration. Architecture and design of system integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and enterprise applications such as distributed order management, warehouse management, demand planning, and point-of-sale systems. Definition and governance of non-functional architecture ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, observability, and security/authorization compliance for peak retail volumes. Collaboration with business stakeholders for translation of functional requirements into scalable technical architectures. Provision of architectural guidance across project lifecycles, including design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases. Assurance of performance, compliance, and sustainability standards within delivered solutions. Mentorship and enablement of project teams; development and promotion of SAP clean core best practices.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in consulting and architecture, including experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail. Proven knowledge in SAP SD, MM, LE, and ARM. Practical experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) and POSDTA. Strong grasp of retail business processes, omnichannel strategies, and integration landscapes. Proficiency in API concepts (REST) and integration patterns. Exposure to global and international project environments (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability. Very good command of English (spoken and written); German language proficiency as an advantage.
