About the role:

We are seeking a

Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager

with deep expertise in

backend systems (Rust, TypeScript, microservices, cloud)

to lead multiple engineering teams building the

Affinidi Elements

platform. While you will manage and support teams working across the full stack (backend, frontend, platform infrastructure), your technical depth and demonstrated experience in backend engineering will be crucial in guiding architecture, ensuring quality, and driving technical strategy.

, demonstrates solid understanding of modern web and/or mobile development practices Demonstrate proven success in

designing, deploying, and scaling microservices

in cloud environments, specifically, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advocate for

privacy, security, cryptography

, and resilient system design; experience with

asynchronous cryptography and identity/authentication domains

is a strong plus Are skilled at balancing
