Work independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time Management
Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes
Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems
Implement support packages effectively
Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in the SAP HCM environment will enable you to act as a competent contact for our HR department
You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA), German payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM)
Ideally, you have good ABAP programming skills
Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills
You have excellent English skills and enjoy working in an international environment, in addition German language skills is an advantage
Slovakia: The monthly salary range is between 2.200€ and 2.500€.
