Unser smartes Thermostat „termios Pro" ist mehr als nur ein IoT-Gerät: Es ist ein Wegbereiter für die Immobilienbranche, um eine effiziente und faire Nutzung von Heizenergie sowohl im Neubau als auch im Bestand zu erreichen.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer (d/w/m)

Diese Aufgaben bieten wir:

Du treibst die Firmware-Entwicklung unseres digitalen Thermostats termios Pro voran und übernimmst Verantwortung für ausgewählte Komponenten und Funktionen Innovative und langlebige Lösungen gestaltest du eigenständig und setzt diese direkt um In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Embedded-, Backend- und Frontend-Kolleg:innen sowie Hardware-Expert:innen sorgst du für ein optimal abgestimmtes Produkt Du wirkst aktiv am Zusammenspiel von Thermostat, Kommunikationsstruktur und Cloud-System mit

Dieses Profil suchen wir:

Du bist begeistert davon, einen völlig neuen Thermostat zu entwickeln, der verschiedene IoT-Technologien kombiniert und in dieser Form einzigartig ist In Embedded-Entwicklung und Mikrocontroller-Programmierung (ARM Cortex-M33, C) hast du bereits umfassende Erfahrung und kennst dich mit langfristig stabilem Systembetrieb aus IoT begeistert dich und du hast idealerweise bereits LoRaWAN-Projekte umgesetzt Kenntnisse in Rust, Micropython oder Skriptsprache unter Linux (z.B. Python) sind wünschenswert Du nutzt Daten gezielt, um Firmware und Systeme kontinuierlich zu verbessern Engagement und Motivation, einen Beitrag zum Klimaschutz zu leisten, zeichnen dich aus Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) und fließendes Englisch runden dein Profil ab

What your tasks will be:

You drive the firmware development of our digital thermostat termios Pro and take ownership of selected components and functions Innovative and durable solutions are designed and implemented independently by you Working closely with embedded, backend and frontend colleagues as well as hardware experts, you ensure an optimally coordinated product You actively contribute to interaction of thermostat, communication infrastructure, and cloud system

Your profile should be:

You are enthusiastic about building a completely new type of thermostat with a combination of IoT technologies which is unique on the market in this form You already have extensive experience in embedded development and microcontroller programming (ARM Cortex-M33, C) and understand how to maintain long-term stability IoT excites you, and ideally you have already worked on LoRaWAN projects Knowledge of Rust,MicroPython, or Linux scripting languages (e.g. Python) is a plus You use data to continuously improve firmware and systems You are motivated and commited to contribute to climate protection Fluent German (at least B2) and English complete your profile
