Senior EAM Consultant

to support our customers in shaping their enterprise architecture with LUY.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Senior EAM Consultant, you will be a strategic partner for our customers in optimizing and transforming their enterprise architecture with LUY. You will lead consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and beyond, helping organizations translate complex business and IT landscapes into actionable architecture strategies. You will also play a key role in developing LUY’s consulting methodology and mentoring junior team members.



Key Responsibilities:


Take end-to-end responsibility for customer consulting projects, from initial assessment and roadmap definition to successful solution adoption Advise customers strategically on the use of LUY in their enterprise architecture context, aligning EAM initiatives with business and IT objectives Facilitate workshops with executives and key stakeholders to design architecture frameworks, governance models, and process optimizations Lead the configuration and implementation of LUY, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments Act as a thought leader in Enterprise Architecture topics and contribute to LUY’s best practices, consulting portfolio, and internal knowledge base Mentor and support junior consultants in project execution and professional development

Qualifications

Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT consulting Deep understanding of enterprise architecture layers, from business processes and application landscapes to infrastructure Strong knowledge of EAM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) Demonstrated success in leading customer projects or managing consulting engagements Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and data integration (ETL tools, REST APIs, file import/export) Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, from IT experts to C-level executives Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
