Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Establish and maintain

governance of global standards and methods for the BPM framework

, ensuring

compliance

, lean

principles

, and

continuous improvement of business processes

Drive acceleration of business processes

across Infineon in collaboration with Global Process Owners

Manage the KPIs for the BPM framework

to measure effectiveness and efficiency as the foundation for continuous improvement

Guide process optimization initiatives and manage a comprehensive process improvement toolbox

aligned with Infineon's strategy, governance principles, and process management best practices

Deliver high-level consulting services

to process owners and facilitate cross-functional process optimization initiatives to drive strategic priorities

Support business process owners

in digital transformation initiatives and provide digital services (e.g., process mining) for business processes

Define vision, targets, and priorities for agentic AI transformation of business processes

end-to-end across the functional organization Lead the

integration of advanced digital tools and technologies

to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A

degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems

, or related field Minimum

10+ years of experience in process management, business transformation, or operations excellence

,

thereof at least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles

managing global distributed teams Proven track record in

BPM framework implementation and governance

Deep expertise in Business Process Management methodologies

(e.g., Lean Management), certification in process improvement methodologies (

Black Belt, Lean certification, etc.

) is a plus

Strong knowledge of process mining, digital transformation technologies, and AI applications in business processes

and experience with process modelling tools and BPM software platforms

Understanding of KPI development and performance measurement systems

Exceptional leadership skills

with experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures

Strong strategic thinking

and ability to align process initiatives with business strategy

Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management expertise

and excellent

communication and presentation skills for C-level stakeholders

in English and German language
