As a
(Senior) Digital Marketing Manager
, you will own the digital demand generation for our Digital Unit focusing on SMEs and Mid-Market. Your mission:
designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that leverage scalable online channels and create a predictable revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition in SME and Mid-market
Develop a channel strategy for max output and measurable cost-per-Lead
Plan and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, referral programs)
Use A/B testing, data analysis, and funnel optimization to continuously improve conversion rates
Drive positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to SME & Mid-Market needs
Own the creation of digital content that educates, attracts, and converts the audiences (landing pages, webinars, video scripts, blog posts, ads, etc.)
Monitor KPIs across the digital ecosystem, derive insights, and translate them into actionable optimizations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B/SaaS
Strong understanding of SME & Mid-Market buying behavior and digital adoption trends
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (preferably HubSpot), and analytics tools
Proven track record in building automated funnels, lead nurturing flows, and scalable digital campaigns
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling digital content (German & English)
Experienced in product-led growth / product-led sales is a big plus
