What You’ll Do

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the SymphonyAI Retail business. Manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing lead generation team, fostering a collaborative and target-oriented culture. Work in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align lead generation activities with broader go-to-market and revenue objectives. Analyse market trends, campaign performance, and lead quality data to continually refine and improve our approach. Utilise your business development expertise to identify and cultivate relationships with key prospects and partners. Report on KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion rates to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Drive the adoption and optimisation of the latest tools and technologies to enhance lead generation effectiveness. Support the continuous development of best practices, processes, and frameworks that underpin our lead generation success.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 8+ years of proven success in lead generation, business development, or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams—preferably in the SaaS, retail, or technology sector. Team Management: Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams to deliver exceptional results against ambitious targets. Business Development Skills: Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with prospects, customers, and partners. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analysing data, optimising lead generation strategies, and reporting on key metrics. Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional European languages are an advantage. Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to and execute on long-term strategic initiatives within a fast-moving environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work with geographically dispersed teams and travel as needed within Europe.
