in the Brand Relations and Retail Media Team you are responsible for the performance analysis of our retail media campaigns as well as the provision of strategic recommendations and insights to support decision-making and long-term planning for our partner brands. Your goal is to improve the reporting landscape and drive automation.
Responsibilities

Drive retail media campaign reporting: Own the performance analysis of campaigns, defining key metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and maximize impact.
Collaborate with analytics engineers to define requirements for data assets needed to create actionable insights and reporting.
Become a data-driven storyteller: Craft compelling dashboards that showcase the value of retail media campaigns, highlighting their positive impact on brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales growth for our brand partners and internal stakeholders.
Drive alignment and decision-making with clear, data-backed insights: Effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders, presenting actionable recommendations that guide strategic discussions and foster consensus among key team members and decision-makers.
Requirements
================
Completed studies with a focus on business administration, marketing/ economics/statistics or Data Science
Prior Experience in working with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar)
Experiences in creating and maintaining data pipelines
SQL background and data modeling principles
Very good English skills
Work experience in the field of e-commerce or retail media
Independent as well as solution-oriented way of working
Proactive mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities
Very good analytical skills
