This global position in an international team is hybrid and can be occupied in Stuttgart (Germany), Budapest (Hungary), Arnhem (the Netherlands), or upon agreement at another DEKRA location.


Tasks


You take a proactive role in developing and implementing a group-wide corporate strategy, including business models and a strategic action plan You are responsible for key elements of the strategy execution process, including the annual strategy review at top management level You initiate and lead international strategic projects, working closely with business units and senior leadership You act as a senior advisor to business units and functional teams on strategy development You design and facilitate (virtual) workshops, manage diverse internal stakeholders, and steer external partners You ensure quality, goal achievement, and effective stakeholder management across all organizational levels and dimensions
Qualifications


University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field Several years (7+) of proven experience in strategy work at the corporate level and/or in strategy consulting Demonstrated success in developing strategies, conceptualizing, and leading the implementation of strategic initiatives Experienced, autonomous project leader with the ability to manage interdisciplinary and intercultural teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, even in dynamic situations Enjoys creating clarity in complex environments and engaging stakeholders effectively at all organizational levels Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal competencies Fluent in Business English; German and other languages are an advantage
