Your Tasks

Actively drive initiatives for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a robust and effective global compliance program for the TÜV SÜD Group, including the digitalization of compliance processes as well as the design and roll-out of digital tools Coordinate and advise Local Compliance Officers within a region on our key compliance topics, including questions related to contracts, incidents and cases, application and interpretation of policies, conducting training sessions and all other compliance-related matters Draft, design, and evaluate internal compliance policies and communicate these policies throughout the TÜV SÜD organization Regularly conduct compliance training for employees, managers, and Local Compliance Officers Collaborate across departments in interdisciplinary projects Report directly to the Head of Corporate Compliance

Your Qualifications

First and Second State Examination in Law Solid professional experience in the field of compliance Strong interest in economic and business-related contexts High professional and social competence (especially strong communication skills and diplomatic tact) Enjoy working both in a team and independently combined with high integrity Native-level German and business-fluent English skills

Additional Information

This position is part-time (approx. 18–20 hours / 2–3 days per week).
