Cost Management & Financial Stewardship
Identify, monitor, and reduce cost leakage across the group
Lead cost control initiatives that protect margin and enhance long-term profitability
Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency
Streamline closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
Enhance the speed, accuracy, and usability of financial data across the organization
Internal Control & Reporting Integrity
Strengthen compliance and internal control systems across group entities
Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting under IFRS and local GAAP
Systems Enablement & Automation
Drive the use of AI, digital tools and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) to enhance finance operations
Leverage automation and reporting tools to support performance steering
Your Profile
================
7-10+ years of experience
in controlling within a group, holding, or multi-entity structure
Business fluency in German and English
Degree
in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Business Administration; CIMA, CPA, ACCA, or Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) is a plus
Strong track record in
cost control, budgeting, and performance reporting in complex environments
Advanced skills in
ERP systems
(especially SAP S/4HANA); Power BI or similar
reporting tools
are a plus
Proficient in IFRS and local GAAP reporting
