We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Manager, Contracts at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the execution of agreements critical to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing

• Leading contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

• Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Developing and implementing contract management processes and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; JD or MBA preferred.

• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.

• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German and English language
