We want a Senior Learning Consultant with strong project management skills. You lead global upskilling projects, keep details in check, and are honest and direct. You build trust and aren’t afraid to run a session when needed.

Bots & People offers Global Upskilling Initiatives training people in topics like AI or Personal Productivity at scale.



What you’ll own



Enterprise relationships & revenue growth

You’re the go-to partner for our enterprise customers — understanding their challenges, shaping solutions, and driving revenue growth.



Learning program design & consulting

Craft impactful, scalable, and blended learning journeys. From concept to delivery, you ensure our programs are not only innovative but also measurable and business-aligned.



Trainer & expert ecosystem

Recruit and support a network of top trainers and experts. Enable them to deliver exceptional experiences, and keep them engaged and inspired.



Project leadership

Lead complex learning projects from A to Z. Plan, execute, and measure success — always on time and on budget.



Facilitation & moderation

Host and moderate live sessions on topics like Generative AI, Low Code, and Process Automation. Bring energy, clarity, and structure to every session.



Requirements



? What you bring



3+ years in management consulting Experience with L&D, HR or transformation in big companies. You manage projects with precision—no detail is missed. You’re direct, honest, and give clear feedback, even when it’s tough. You guide others and step up to lead or facilitate when needed. Tech, AI, and new skills excite you. You explain tough topics so everyone gets it. Outstanding communication skills in German and English.
