A friend of ours is looking for additional team members for his company, a mid-sized consultancy operating nationwide in Germany. The position in the telecommunications sector offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model and is part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your tasks

Development of IT strategies and IT solutions in the areas of BSS and OSS for network infrastructure, including portals, CRM systems, and telecom billing systems. Coordination and management of projects as a (partial) project leader, particularly in IT strategy, IT implementation, and transformation projects. Communication and interface work between business units and IT, including discussing customer requirements and translating them into solutions. Analysis and optimization of customer processes as well as support in their introduction and adjustment. Development and implementation of solution architectures, particularly in the context of telecom systems and processes. Responsibility for managing medium to large projects, including the design phase, testing, and collaboration with internal and external suppliers.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Computer Science, or a similar field of study. You have at least one year of experience in consulting in the areas of strategy and processes or IT management and software development, ideally within telecommunications companies. You have experience in process analysis and optimization. You are familiar with agile project and transformation methods. You can quickly grasp new information and apply it in a structured way of thinking and working. You are communicative and show initiative as well as a high sense of responsibility. You can communicate fluently in German and English. * You are open to business travel.
