As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Digital Transformation at HPC, you will shape the digital future of ports and terminals worldwide. In this role, you will not only lead digitalisation projects but also act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and IT directors, helping them design and implement Target Operating Models for digital organisations. You will drive organisational transformation by aligning people, processes, and technology with strategic business objectives, ensuring our clients are equipped for the challenges of tomorrow.



You will be part of our highly qualified team of digitalisation experts for the port industry, managing diverse IT strategy and transformation projects around the globe — from IT strategy development to software implementation and organisational change. Together with our clients, you will design innovative solutions that create lasting impact across global supply chains.


What you can expect


Supporting global digitalisation and IT strategy projects for our international clients within the port and terminal industry with your port and IT consulting knowledge and experience Leading digitalisation and IT projects, ensuring successful delivery to our customers in time and budget, while maintaining our high quality standards and developing the team members Supporting the development of HPC’s digitalisation and IT strategy portfolio according to global market trends Commercialisation of HPC’s digitalisation and IT strategy portfolio and acquisition of new projects Developing customised digitalisation solutions and IT strategies for our international clients Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) for digitally enabled organisations Acting as a sparring partner for CIOs, supporting them in the conception, design and implementation of digital Target Operating Models What you bring to the table


Successfully completed studies in business informatics, (business) engineering, mathematics or a comparable academic degree Several years of professional experience in leading complex IT and digitalisation projects within the logistics and supply chain industry Experience in consulting is a bonus “Out-of-the-box”-thinking: Innovative approach and an understanding on how digitalisation can improve the supply chain and efficiency of ports and terminals in a sustainable way Proven experience in organisational transformation and the development of Target Operating Models for IT and digital organisations Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives and to translate strategic goals into actionable transformation initiatives Excellent written and spoken German and English, other languages a plus Willingness to travel globally
