Tasks

We are a highly motivated, flexible team and see ourselves as objective advisors to the Executive Board of the Lufthansa Group for all strategic issues. In this role, we develop the strategy of the Lufthansa Group and its investment portfolio

Planning and implementation of analyses and projects with high economic and strategic significance for the Group's success Structuring and analyzing complex, multidimensional issues to identify and evaluate strategic action requirements/options Further development and implementation of the strategy process, definition of Group, business area and functional strategies Analysis and further development of the investment portfolio Initiating, planning and reviewing investment projects Development of target systems, key figures and measures to control strategy implementation Preparing and conducting negotiations with internal and external partners Communication and representation of interests with corporate policy significance

Requirements

Do you have an excellent understanding of different business models, their profitability and potential? Do you work analytically and accurately, take responsibility and are a team player?

Completed university degree in economics, MINT, sciences or comparable At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Analytical, able to understand, map and structure complex relationships and processes Strong entrepreneurial thinking, high degree of goal/solution orientation Quick understanding of different business models and ability to analyze their profitability and potential Expertise in relevant IT tools, including MS Office ThinkCell, Efficient Elements, AI applications Very good communication and negotiation skills, persuasiveness; business fluent in English Strong political skills in dealing with committees/stakeholders Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or comparable Company
