Implementation of consulting projects for companies in the construction industry (e.g., construction suppliers, construction companies, and components or module suppliers) Advising the top management of global market leaders and hidden champions on strategic and operational issues Developing new business models and strategic transformations, taking into consideration the influences of industrialization, mass production, sustainability, digitalization and smartification Developing and optimizing product and service portfolios considering the current changes in the value chain Adapting and integrating suitable "Modern Methods of Construction" (e.g., off-site production, prefabrication, modularization, component prefabrication, 3D printing) Developing and implementing efficient processes in the areas of sales, order processing (OTD), engineering/planning, production, supply chain management, procurement, and service

What sets you apart?

College degree, ideally with a specialty in (industrial) engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or similar Several years of professional experience in a management consultancy or in a manufacturing company, ideally in the construction industry field Experience in the industrialization of construction products through prefabrication, modularization, industrialization (Modern Methods of Construction) Very good knowledge in the design and implementation of strategies and the support of transformation processe High interest in new trends and technologies Superb analytical skills and strategic thinking Strong focus on clients and results Structured and professional approach to work Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality Very good German and English High willingness for domestic and international travel
